The new Ka is built from a lighter, but firmer bodyshell to enhance safety in the event of a crash. It also includes Ford’s renowned Intelligent Protection System – a completely integrated approach to safety. It includes driver and passenger airbags and optional side and curtain airbags, three-point safety belts with pre-tensioners and load limiters plus anti-submarining front seats.

Responsive, zippy and ready-for-anything, the Ka is equally adept at nipping around town or heading further afield. Electric Power-Assisted Steering (EPAS) is standard, which means your drive comes with a light touch making every corner easy to handle. And wherever you go, the brand new suspension system ensures a smooth, comfortable ride.

Each of the engines available are low-carbon, emitting less than 120g/km CO2. Choose from the responsive and economical 1.2 litre Duratec petrol engine and the advanced 1.3 litre Duratorq TDCi diesel. The new Ka is also impressively economical when it comes to making your fuel go far – achieving 67.3mpg combined.
